The Heart Behind With Love Ministries
Welcome to With Love Ministries
Birthed from a heartfelt vision four years ago, our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus in three pivotal areas: supporting the often overlooked retirement community, providing care and counseling for bereaved mothers, and launching a dedicated jail ministry for women. While not everyone can be on the front lines, every contribution, be it time or financial, plays a vital role. As we embark on this journey of love and service, we are filled with anticipation for the impact we can make together. Join us in this act of obedience, for there are many waiting for our love and support. Let’s co-labor in this divine mission.

Prison Ministry
Kim Martin
Prison Ministry
Kim and her husband, Jack, have been married for 29 years. Together, they have three adult sons and three grandsons. They have owned and operated their own business since 1993.
In 2006, Kim surrendered her life to Christ. Seven years later, she and Jack began attending Our Savior’s Church.
Over the last 41 years, Kim’s brothers and other family members have been through periods of incarceration. Through witnessing their experiences, Kim developed a heart to bring hope and healing to those whose struggles lead to prison. She has seen God work in miraculous ways and truly transform people’s lives through prison ministry.
Today, Kim loves being the heart, hands and feet of Jesus, serving our community and helping His people learn about and receive God’s greatest gift, Jesus Christ. On top of being a key leader at Our Saviors Church through serve teams and small groups, she also has co-led OSC’s prison ministry since 2015. Her heart for them is to receive true freedom in Christ and to live out their God-given purpose right where they are.
Dr. Patrice Ambrose
Prison Ministry
Patrice Ambrose and her husband, Jacob, have been married for 34 years and have four children. She and Jacob are actively involved at Our Savior’s Church.
Patrice accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior during her freshman year at Louisiana State University. Over the years, her love for Christ grew, especially after her divorce in 2013. She and her husband reconciled and remarried four years later. During those painful years, Patrice developed a passion for women’s ministry, leading her to prison ministry and divorce care, which she has led at OSC for the past six years.
Now retired from a 30-year career as a psychiatrist, Patrice is devoted to serving incarcerated women through various Bible studies and holiday events. She and her husband plan to continue to serve their church community as they walk together in Christ.
Bereaved Mothers
Ivette Vasquez
Bereaved Mothers
Ivette Vasquez has been a part of the Our Savior’s Church family for over 20 years. She and her husband, Johnny, have been married since 1996 and have 4 amazing children.
When Ivette’s family was struck with an unforeseen tragedy that took the life of her oldest daughter, Abigail, and caused her husband to become a quadriplegic, Ivette relied on her faith and her spiritual family to see her through. Ivette has several counseling, coaching and mental health degrees and certifications that she uses to help many people in our community and church.
Being a bereaved mother herself, Ivette has a big calling to tend to those who are walking this same journey. Her mission in life is to inspire women to remain faithful. Her heart for them is that they would never give up.
Retirement Home & Senior Living
Olivia S.
Retirement Home & Senior Living
Olivia has attended Our Savior’s Church since she was a child in the nursery. Because she always had an innate love for older adults, throughout her childhood and teenage years, you could often find her on her grandparents’ front porch swings or wandering the halls of nursing and assisted living facilities.
Olivia met her husband, Joshua, through OSC’s college ministry, graduated from UL, and began a life story writing service purposed to write and produce heirloom biographies for grandparents.
Today, Olivia and Joshua live in Youngsville with their growing family. In addition to being a wife, mother, writer, and business owner, she also leads OSC’s senior care ministry. Olivia dreams of the day when every resident of Acadiana’s nursing or assisted living facilities are visited, seen, heard, and lavished with the love of Christ.
