This full-time position is responsible for but not limited to operating the switchboard, creating a welcoming environment for guests, and general administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of prior experience in administration, possess great communication and computer skills, is detail oriented, can multitask effortlessly, and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
