Please use the following links and phone numbers to begin the application process. You can apply either online or by phone. The website will often experience overload, so please keep that in mind.

Here is the information you will need:

  1. Social Security Number
  2. Physical Address where the damage occurred
  3. Current Address if you are unable to stay at the damaged property
  4. Telephone number – Cell 1st then a secondary number
  5. Insurance information – whether you did or did not have flood insurance please still apply
  6. Total household income
  7. Routing and account number for your checking or savings account. This is for direct deposit in the event you are approved
  8. A description of the disaster caused damage and losses
